Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter of the Spring DEWALT Giveaway is Mr & Ms Group (“Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to residents of New South Wales, Australia, aged 18 years or over.

Employees of Mr & Ms Group, their immediate family members, and any person directly involved in the administration of this promotion are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

To enter, eligible participants must complete all of the following during the Promotion Period:

• Follow @mrandmsgroup on Instagram.

• Follow @dewalttools on Instagram.

• Like the official Spring DEWALT Giveaway post published by @mrandmsgroup.

• Tag two (2) friends in the comments of the official giveaway post who they think would like or benefit from the prize pack.

Entries must be submitted through a genuine Instagram account.

Each eligible person may enter once only. Duplicate, automated, fraudulent, incomplete or otherwise invalid entries may be excluded at the Promoter's discretion.

No purchase is required to enter.

4. Promotion Period

The promotion opens on 1 September 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 30 September 2026.

Entries received after the closing time will not be eligible.

5. Prize

There will be one (1) winner.

The winner will receive a DEWALT prize package with a total approximate retail value of $1,400 AUD, comprising:

• DEWALT Hammer Drill

• DEWALT Reciprocating Saw

• DEWALT Paddle Switch Angle Grinder

• DEWALT TSTAK Storage Tool Boxes

• DEWALT Compact 2-Piece Combo Kit

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

If an advertised prize item becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the unavailable item with an item of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law.

Images of the prize used in promotional material are for illustrative purposes. Exact models, specifications and inclusions are as stated in the official giveaway post or as supplied to the winner.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid and eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

The draw will take place on 1 October 2026 after 6:00pm AEST and will be conducted by Mr & Ms Group.

7. Winner Notification & Announcement

The winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message only from the official @mrandmsgroup Instagram account.

The winner's Instagram username may also be announced on the @mrandmsgroup Instagram account following the draw.

The winner must respond within seven (7) days of being contacted.

If the selected winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within seven (7) days, declines the prize, or is determined to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw from the remaining eligible entries, subject to applicable law.

Entrants should be aware of impersonation or scam accounts. Mr & Ms Group will not request payment, credit card information or bank details as a condition of receiving the prize.

8. Prize Collection

The prize is COLLECTION ONLY.

The winner must collect the prize from a location nominated by Mr & Ms Group in New South Wales.

Delivery, postage and courier services are not included.

The winner must collect the prize within fourteen (14) days of being notified unless an alternative collection arrangement is agreed to by Mr & Ms Group.

The winner may be required to provide valid identification and reasonable proof of eligibility before the prize is released.

If the winner fails to collect the prize within the required timeframe and no alternative arrangement has been agreed, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw from the remaining eligible entries, subject to applicable law.

9. Instagram Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

By entering, participants acknowledge that Instagram has no responsibility or liability in connection with the administration of this promotion.

Information provided by participants in connection with the promotion is being provided to Mr & Ms Group and not to Instagram.

10. DEWALT Disclaimer

DEWALT is not the promoter, administrator or sponsor of this giveaway unless expressly stated otherwise by Mr & Ms Group and DEWALT.

The promotion is independently conducted by Mr & Ms Group.

DEWALT and associated trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

11. Invalid Entries and Disqualification

The Promoter reserves the right, acting reasonably, to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify an entrant whose entry:

• Does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.

• Is fraudulent, misleading or submitted using automated means.

• Is submitted through a fake or illegitimate account.

• Attempts to manipulate or unfairly influence the outcome of the giveaway.

• Otherwise interferes with the fair and proper conduct of the promotion.

12. Changes to the Promotion

If the promotion cannot proceed as reasonably anticipated because of circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, Mr & Ms Group reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend or cancel the promotion, subject to applicable law.

Where reasonably practicable, material changes will be communicated through the @mrandmsgroup Instagram account.

13. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable legislation.

14. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with the promotion will be used for purposes reasonably necessary to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility, contact the winner, announce the winner where applicable and arrange collection of the prize.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable Australian privacy requirements.

15. NSW Trade Promotion

This is a free-entry trade promotion conducted by Mr & Ms Group to promote its business.

The promotion is open only to eligible New South Wales residents aged 18 years or over.

The promotion is a game of chance, with the winner selected by random draw.
